Which web browsers are compatible for reading content from Vujar?
All major web browsers support Vujar on all mainstream devices. We specifically support modern versions of:
- Google Chrome
- Internet Explorer (IE) 8 or greater
- Mac OS
- Windows Phone
The content I am trying to use is not functioning right now. How can it be fixed?
If you are having any kinds of content issues with our site, contact our support staff. Specify the content you are accessing, the device you are using, and describe the issues in detail. We will resolve the matter for you.

Our site can be used on all modern smartphones and desktop devices! Compatible devices include Apple phones and tablets, Android devices, and desktop/laptop computers. Mobile reading devices with built-in browsers also work!

What is the cancellation policy?
Once you have cancelled your membership, you will retain access to your account for the remainder of your term. You will not receive any additional billing after your account has been cancelled.
How frequently do you add content?
We add content on a daily basis. We work diligently to make sure you have access to the most complete library possible.
Can I use my Vujar account on multiple devices?
As long as you have an Internet connection, you can access Vujar from anywhere in the world, on as many devices as you'd like! The more the merrier!
I am looking for a particular title, but I cannot find it.
We are constantly adding content to our library. Check back again. If there is something in particular you would like to see added, please send us a request.
Can you describe the refund policy?
There are different statuses for refund eligibility:
- If you have experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing mistake has arised, you qualify for a refund.
- If you have not received the experience you anticipated from our website, you might be eligible for a refund.
How do I communicate with a live representative or email support staff?
I cancelled my membership, why am I still being charged?
After successfully cancelling your membership and receiving a confirmation email, there should be no further charges. If an error has occurred, immediately contact a live representative to resolve the issue.
